I started my career in the electrical industry, working my way up from apprentice to leading major custom home projects including builds valued up to $10 million. What I enjoyed most wasn’t just the technical work, but the coordination between builders, trades, and homeowners. I took pride in delivering high-end results efficiently, on time, and on budget.

As the #2 in a smaller electrical firm, I helped scale our operations running multiple crews, managing larger jobs, and improving our internal systems. My strength was in leadership and communication, especially when bridging the gap between clients, teams, and project goals. But over time, I began looking for a role that challenged me intellectually and allowed me to contribute at a higher strategic level.

When Chris offered me a role at Meister Strategies, I jumped at the opportunity. The chance to dive into real businesses, analyze financials, optimize operations, and work alongside owners and operators was exactly what I had been looking for. I’ve always loved finding inefficiencies and solving problems and now I get to do that every day across multiple companies.

Since joining Meister Strategies, I’ve helped build out our own internal operating system using EOS principles. We've mapped out every role, built SOPs for nearly every function, and developed internal dashboards to track performance and progress. That same approach has helped us guide clients through role clarity, operational restructuring, and leadership development never to tear down teams, but to empower them.

On the financial side, I’ve supported M&A efforts reviewing over $600 million worth of companies, built financial forecasts and break-even models, and conducted market research to inform investment decisions. From helping a contractor confidently submit a $100M bid, to identifying hidden inefficiencies in a multi-entity operation, my goal is always the same: deliver clarity, confidence, and actionable insights.

One of my favorite parts of this work is turning raw data into clear, usable tools. Whether it’s financial models, KPI dashboards, or strategic forecasts, I love helping owners stop relying on gut instinct and start making decisions based on truth and numbers. My mission is simple: reduce sleepless nights and empower leaders to build the businesses and lives they’ve always dreamed of.
